    A lot of newspapers send each story file over when they send it to the press.

    In the same light, the lead photo on ESPN.com of Ryan Howard scoring currently has a cutline that reads :"TBD by editor"

    Edit: Whoops - must have caught them in the midst of updating, because when I returned after typing this post, the pic had an actual cutline. My bad.
