    Oh relax. It only looks like they're making out cuz it's a still photo. Geez.
    You can tell by how her hand is on his shoulder during the kiss. It's more on his arm. If it was more passionate, it'd be around his back, more, pulling him in.

    And, in another few months, she'll be 18 ... so then they can do whatever they want. :-*
