Uh oh - more asterisks needs for MLB! Who told you so - lol? Mark = HOF

Now after all of the PED revelations how many feel Mark McGwire should be in the HOF?

    I didn't blindly pick anyone IJAG. Come on, that shot is just silly.

    Anyway, look Rok told me that all on-air ESPN voters picked Mark & I believe that ESPN itself touted this several times on their air as I listened to it. Yet, being that it was a bit ago & I have been swamped with work and stuff maybe I am recollecting wrong or got bad info.

    So what? The point is top experts voted for Mark DESPITE the "cloud" over him thus indicating that Mark more than likely is statistically qualified to be in the HOF

    A handful of experts did, but more than half of them left his name off the ballot. Not all experts are on ESPN of course.

    FWIW, I would have voted McGwire in. But the original argument is a more convincing case for scrapping the Hall rather than one for not keeping people out.

    And DD, you forgot to carry the Scoreboard!/Yawn-(fnord*charmion)

    So who are the guys in the hall with similar numbers? Are they players most baseball folks now consider to have been mistakes? Buck? Anybody by JDV?
