99.9+ % of all rides appear to be completed successfully without any sexual incident.

I wonder what the percentage of airplane trips is?

I found it interesting that there were as many cases of drivers being assaulted as there were drivers assaulting riders.

I don't love Uber's business practices so I tend to use Lyft instead. Only had one issue, where one driver claimed I slammed his door too hard and started bitching at me the second I sat down. After a minute, I told him to pull over and let me out, then blasted Lyft on social media, where they apologized profusely and offered me a few free rides. (Spoiler: I did not slam the door too hard. This dude was pissy from the second I opened the door.)

Had to use Uber a bunch in Montreal because Lyft hadn't made it there when I visited in September. It was fine. No one tried to assault me.

I'd be too afraid to assault a guy who slams a car door that hard.
