Yeah, that was pretty bad, though Bradley has a solid leg.

    This was a good night.

Capped by a bunch of people being broadcast while they flipped off the Mexican team and yelled expletives at them.

People being fans or U.S. players yelling and flipping off the Mexicans? I switched over to UNC-Duke.

    Fans.

The players actually looked slightly cordial toward each other.

Psyched by Bradley's performance tonight--gotta love seeing him really getting into the attack from center mid.

FWIW, El Sal 2-2 T & T and Costa Rica 2-0 Honduras. Mexico's home to Costa Rica in the next round of games; not sure it's a must-win for Mexico, but it's probably a must-not-lose.

Where does ESPN get these anchors for the halftime show? Dude, you don't have to like or care about soccer. But do your freakin' job and get the names right. "Lie-nel Messi." Good lord.

I think at home, it's a game Mexico has to win. They're not going to get very far if they don't get maximum points out of their home games, thanks to their recent inability to get results on the road.

Remember, they only got this far thanks to a better goal difference than Jamaica.

Just watched the highlights. I'll take it. Not pretty goals, but any goal for the U.S. is a good goal, especially against El Tri.

Mexico is also an easy team to hate. Nice cheap shot by Marquez on Howard. A well-deserved red.

Dos a cero! Dos a cero!
