    FYI I grew up in Charlottesville. Great town. Sort of expensive cost of living, but fine with a roommate. The Daily Progress was dubbed The Daily Regress by locals, but the job itself would be pretty cool. SE Jerry Ratcliffe is a really good guy.

    Pshaw. That's not even the best derisive newspaper nickname in the MG/Berkshire Hathaway family. The Winston-Salem Urinal takes that title by a mile.

    To clarify, Andrew Shurtleff is the SE in C'ville. He's also a really good guy. But he's not Jerry Ratcliffe. :)

    Charlottesville should be a prime location for a Wegmans. UVA students love over-priced grocery stores.
