Tyler Perry vs. Spike Lee-- IT'S ON!

    Or be forced to sit through one of Tyler Perry's movies.

    I don't know if its arrogance or marketing. People go to his movies because they are "his" movies. If Perry was marketing his shows and movies to a white audiences, I could understand Lee's gripe. But Lee knows who goes to Perry's films.
    Lee's movies are better - but nobody flocks to them like they do Perry's. Haters gotta hate.
    I think it's great that Perry has shown that not every black filmmaker has to be serious and address race in all of their films.
