    And Obamacare doesn't guarantee you get seen by a doctor so what changes?

    Everything is proceeding as I have foreseen.


    They've wanted to get rid of this stuff for close to 80 years. Why would they stop now?

    No. I'm not. They'd have to throw out precedent entirely, and then they'd have to do what they did in Bush v. Gore and stick a line on the end that said this decision doesn't apply to any other future decision.

    50 million more people have insurance and we begin to bend the cost curve back to something approaching sustainable.

    What good does the insurance do if you can't find a doctor to see you? Or are we going to force doctors to see patients 24-7 now?

    And a $2 trillion federal boondoggle we can't afford bends the cost curve back how exactly?

    50 million people added to the insurance pool lowers the costs for everyone. That's how insurance works.

    And insurance companies will have to pay out a fixed percentage in claims, which enforces the above.
