Two African-American coaches in the Super Bowl

Discussion in 'Journalism topics only' started by PalmettoStatesport, Jan 22, 2007.

  1. Few things here, how long before you think someone asks either Smith or Dungy, "How long have you been a black coach?"

Secondly, will this become a story that is bigger than the game itself?

Third, how long before Bill Rhoden writes a column?

I'm more interested in the fact that Lovie and Dungy are such close friends than the fact that they're both black...

Who'll be the idiot media member who asks either Lovie or Tony, "So, how long have you been a black coach?"

Those are two different questions .. how long and who?
Now if we could only answer why? why? WHY? (/Nancy Kerrigan)

Sorry for not knowing, but could somebody please tell me what Lovie Smith's real first name is. I'm also wondering why it hasn't been mentioned in stories today.
