I think you're right. I always remember that speech A) because it was a great movie and B) because it is played at the beginning of Guns 'N Roses' "Civil War."

I love that movie and, if IIRC, Newman actually ate all 50 eggs.

 

Ha! I remember it b/c it was at the start of "Civil War." I've only seen the flick once.
