    All I have to do on mine is hit the power button on the power cord and go to work. I do the opposite when I walk through the door and set up shop for the night.

    Sorry, I couldn't read that. I unplugged my computer. In fact, I climbed the pole on the street and disconnected my whole house. I'm gonna save some money now!

    I always turn the computer off before I go to bed.

    Unfortunately, it's more about lessening the possibility of the apartment burning down than energy conservation.
