    Nothing wrong with embedding relevant YouTube videos on newspaper web sites. If someone doesn't want their clips to be embeddable, they can set it as such. Using screengrabs of youtube clips for print in a newspaper, on the other hand, is idiotic on multiple levels.

    However, using YouTube to host your newspaper's videos is a problem ... or at least it was two years ago when I was a Web Content Manager at a TV station that tried to do that.

    One of the other stations in our group received a "Cease and desist" letter from YouTube after an assclown blogger ratted them out. You are not allowed to put videos up as a for-profit company ... at least that's how it was two years ago.
