Fuck you to whichever Hawking clone came up with that brilliant idea.

That may be the least deserving of those ever handed out.

    And that's no small feat.

I'm not surprised...he's not the first no-talent hack to get a star. Or a show. Or a second chance.

I thought that $15k gets anyone remotely attached to show business a star.

Congratulations, Trump. Now you've just given Vince McMahon another wrinkle for the storyline you and he are about to do for WWE programming.

Jim Gray bought himself a star, too. The only 'news' here is that it took Trump this long to buy one for himself.

Buddy of mine, his dad is a hair replacement surgeon in upstate New York. He worked on someone in Guliani or Pataki's inner circle and hoped it would lead to one of those guys throwing some business his way....anyhow, apparently every time this guy sees Trump on TV he gets pissed over how awful his hair looks. "He should have gone to me! I would have done him right! And I could have used the money!"

Back to the star on the Walk of Fame...I think any yo-yo with $15,000 and a few thousand petitions can get a star. And they usually give them out right in time for a movie premiere or an album release. Some L.A. radio station went and got one of their DJs a star, and he was best known for being a semi-regular on "Cheers" and "Murphy Brown"
