    I'll give credit to Testeverde, with eight teams because even though they were the same franchise the Browns and and Revens are different teams.

    On further research, the guy I'm thinking of also played with the same franchise in two different cities but did throw TD passes for eight different NFL teams.


    And yes, We Five is correct.
