    The stump grinding business is lucrative. Drop $2,000 on a decent machine, charge $200+ per job, let the machine do its work, charge extra to haul the stump away and you've got the machine paid for and you're making extra cash in the mean time.

    My aunt/uncle did this and they made a cool extra couple thousand a year just by using it occasionally for people around town.
