    I'll be reporting on the 2009 Tour of California start to finish for the fourth straight year. The 2009 event is Feb. 14-22, Sacramento to Escondido.

    The fourth annual race will mark the North American return of Lance Armstrong and it will also be the first comeback race for Floyd Landis, the dethroned 2006 Tour de France titlist.

    The field will include eight Pro Tour teams and a handful of domestic pro teams.
