    Will Smith and Carlton Banks from Fresh Prince should be there, too. As should Tim Taylor (Home Improvement) and the main cast of Drew Carey.

    Also, I thought Kelly Bundy (Married with Children) was great. And Janitor (Neil Flynn, Scrubs) is probably the funniest character on his series.

    Homer is the best Simpson character, but Ralph Wiggum is the most comedic.

    Not always... Homer has more depth of character and screen time and is a class A funnyman, but Ralph is there for a comedic one-liner that never fails.

    This list probably changes every so often, depending on how much I'm watching the shows, and I limited it to sitcom characters -- no cartoons because there's no acting aside from the voice.
