Northern Exposure not getting any love. It was an ensemble show with sevreal great characters including Maurice Minnifield, Ruth-Anne, Chris in the Morning, and Maggie O'Connell.

This morning I was thinking of characters to mention here and I was thinking of saying something like, “Everyone who appeared on Northern Exposure.”

While that’s not totally true, it’s pretty close. Even the understated character of Marilyn Whirlwind was great.

The Alice reference made me think of the jokes Geraldine told her at the end of each episode.

    One of my favorites:

A tip of the writing cap to the soul(s) who wrote Allyce Beasley's rhymes to incoming callers of Blue Moon Investigations.
