Bobby Petrino's interest just piqued and he's not sure why.

    Pique away
I think Clemson's had its fill of former (and future, for that matter) Arkansas coaches.

Clemson should call Bobby Johnson. That should be the first call.

Bobby Johnson is indeed a hot commodity.
These people (Bowden) always land on their feet, and with full pockets.
    Bobby'll be fine.
And the player who commented ... seems like a super-classy kid.

I've got a video tape of Dabo Swinney playing against MSU.
The commentator even sort of makes a jab at the name
    Dabo Swinney !
My how time scoots past us. That had to have been around 1988.

He found out he was benched through the media. Bowden didn't tell him first. That's a HUGE no-no in the coaching world.

So, did Cullen Harper have anything to say about this?

Bobby Johnson just seems too obvious.
    How about Spurrier? Ha!

With "media" today being so fast, compared to just a few years ago, it's not surprising that it could happen.
And the blog world likes to speculate about so many things, who's to say he didn't get asked about it by some reporter who'd heard it bandied-about on a blog.
The whole "heard about it in the media first" thing has much less value today than it did, say, 3-5 years ago.
The Internet has blown things up so severely - on the level of a Terrence Cody bull-rush.
As Obama might say - the Internet's been a game-changer.
And you already knew that. I'm just sayin' ..
