    I really knew nothing of his background until today. And, as with Ragu, his politics were not my cup of tea. But, truly, a great servant of the public.
     
  3. Agreed all the way around. No fan of his politics, but he was a good public servant with an extraordinary life story.

    RIP.

    Sad that he passed; he was a great man.

    How much longer do Holocaust survivors have? The youngest are at least in their mid-60s, no?
