    It's a mixture of onions, spices, oatmeal and a sheep's heart, liver and lungs (ground up, of course) all stuffed into a sheep's stomach, You boil the crap out of it for a few hours.

    And it's good.

    Trust me.

    Stomach. Intestines. Close enough...and thanfully, nowhere near me. I am truly vomit free since '93 (only How I Met Your Mother fans will get the reference) and I intend to keep that streak going if at all possible. Nasty.

    There is somewhat of a "took you long enough" element to this, though -- he's just now realizing Scientology doesn't like gays? Or that their PR people tend to lie?
