    It's almost silly, but if something like that happened to my daughter and the customer service rep I got on the phone acted like they didn't give a shit, I'd be well beyond pissed off.

    I love that the mother still has the doll, still gives it to the kid, and still squeezes it every 20 seconds for TV.

    Go fucking buy another one! And change batteries BEFORE they run down this time.
