My little one takes pictures. That is not that far out of the question.

The Forum better brace themselves for a hell of a lawsuit.

I don't disagree Devil, but it's actually Staples Center now. Lakers abandoned The Fabulous Forum after the 1999 season. I think it was most recently a church.

    The American way.

It is. And, while it sounds ridiculous in so many instances to sue, can you say with 100 percent confidence you wouldn't do the same thing? I can't.

    That wasn't the question.

In all honesty Sonner I just hope I'm never in that position. Can the Staples center really be blamed for this?

If they were in a luxury suite and any alcohol was consumed, it could get ugly for the parents in a court case.

Agreed, JC. I hope I'm never in that position as well. And I have no idea if the Staples Center is to blame. I'm just asking....even if YOU, the parent, were to blame, can you say beyond a shadow of a doubt, that you'd take your medicine and not sue? Lots of people are faced with that decision. A lot of them end up suing.

Nobody knows for sure how'd they react but I can say with as much certainty as possible that if were my fault I would not sue. What good would it do?

I think in cases like this people naturally look for others to blame.

The alternative is that you are to blame for your toddler dying.

Understandably, people can't deal with that.
