    She was a truly great vocalist with lots of fun, memorable disco hits.

    From the worthless trivia department.
    Your favorite song of hers was a consolation prize of sorts.
    Bruce Springsteen originally wrote "Cover Me" for Donna, but manager Jon Landau convinced him to keep it for himself. So he wrote and gave her "Protection" instead.
    He joined her in the studio in LA and laid down that closing guitar riff on her version.

    The Bee Gees' "disco phase" lasted about eight years and predated Saturday Night Fever by about three years. Also, Chic waves its arms and calls for your attention
