I like the headline to the story, playing off how TMBG did commercials for Dunkin' Donuts.

Sheesh. And to think my little league team was sponsored by a hardware store.

Second link didn't work, but the day you PMed me about these was one of my happiest days on here (how sad).

My obsession with TMBG might be troubling.

Are they black and orange? Would be appropriate, don't you think?

    Funeral Home for me.

In fact, in 10 years of little league I was sponsored by more Funeral Homes (2) than Ice Cream Parlors (1).

The team will be making a special trip to Istanbul, not Constantinople.

I think I had two hardware stores, a pizzeria and a bank.

My first team was sponsored by The Muffler Shop. Not a muffler shop, THE Muffler Shop.

My favorite was the two years we were sponsored by a factory that was in the midst of a very long - and very acrimonious - strike. My dad wouldn't let me wear my jersey anywhere but the ballpark.

Why would you wear the jersey anywhere but the ballpark?
We wore our caps everywhere, but not our jerseys.
