    Sure, except you don't have to post here, or you can take as much time as you want before pressing that "post" button.
    You only get one chance to make a first impression.
    And since copy desks are as understaffed as anyone these days, it's wishful thinking to believe someone is going to have the time to turn it into good English.
    In my experience, at least, we're on our own these days.

    This is quite an un-nuanced examination of the job market.

    Are there too many MBA's and law school graduates? Yes.

    Does that mean that everyone should just "do what they love" because it doesn't matter anyway? No.

    These posts remind me of the people who know someone who "smoked for seven decades and he lived to be 95!"

    Whatever the field, there is no excuse for not weighing risks and rewards and charting your course based on that. But just because a few people fall short doesn't mean you should just do whatever because it doesn't matter anyway. Play the odds.
