    They said they'd take it off her bill.

    Time Warner may be a bitch, but at least they appear to be understanding of this situation.

    The fact they even billed those people that much is just outrageous to me.

    Yeah, you'd think if they were billing them they'd at least double-check the age of the boxes.

    Five newer digital ones might really cost $2,000. But $2,000 for five nine-year old boxes they'd probably just junk if the lady ever returned them? That's ridiculous.

    But, bottom line, they're going to make it right in the end at least.
