I thought Mark McGwire, Barry Bonds and Jose Canseco were the only athletes to have allegedly (or admittedly, in JC's case) ever used steroids/HGH/PED's in professional American sports' history. Having said that, Couch was put in a terrible situation in Cleveland. Not sure he would have made it otherwise, but the Browns were a laughingstock then, and they still are now, right down to their "coach" flipping a coin to pick the starting quarterback.
