    Pretty funny stuff...

Calling them "idiots," Tiki Barber lashed out Tuesday night at critics of his retirement announcement on the weekly Sirius satellite radio show he hosts with his brother, Ronde.

"I will call them 'idiots' because they have neither spoken to me nor any one of my teammates or any of my coaches, yet all they do is criticize me for being a distraction with this retirement thing," the running back said.

"That includes [Daily News columnist] Gary Myers, that includes Tom Jackson on ESPN, that includes the ultimate character guy, facetiously speaking, of course, Michael Irvin [of ESPN], please get a clue how to be a journalist. Don't make blanket assumptions about it."

Barber then sarcastically wondered whether he looked distracted in helping the Giants beat the Cowboys Monday night.

DALLAS (AP) -- Michael Irvin's publicist announced yesterday that her client will be issuing a statement in response to Barber's comments as soon as Irvin can figure out what "facetiously" means.

Irvin: "Yo, man, what does facetiously mean?"

Publicist: "It means you can hit your crack pipe again, Michael."

Irvin: "Oh, man, I'm going to get CRACKED UP!"

I saw sarcastically Tiki holding his vagina in the middle of the field for about 5 minutes Monday.
  5. In calling Irvin an idiot, it's not like he invented the wheel.

I tried to come up with a new drinking game to go with NFL Gameday:
Every time Irvin or Ditka says something incoherent or stupid I drink.
Every time one of them shouts over another panelist I drink.
If Tom Jackson calls either one of them stuipd, or refers to their comments as idiotic (or any version of 'idiotic' deemed unflattering) I chug a beer.
For the last two weeks, I have been face-down, passed out by 11:25 a.m.

    You should also add this:
Every time Berman stammers or mindlessly ad-libs, do a shot.
Every time the group breaks out in a fake-laugh, do a shot.

Just with those two alone, you should be in blackout mode within the first 30 minutes of the show.

Looks like it's time to invite Tiki to SJ, he'd fit right in.

    Time for Tiki to STFU.

This is a guy who has had great press in NY and he's started to look like an ass.

Funny stuff. Well done, Mr. Barber.

Irvin and his other supporters have a right to their opinions, but Barber also has a right to say they are full of shit.
