    "Read the fine print: George Lyon was 45 when he won Olympic gold. Everyone knows the Olympics is an old man's golf tournament. Personally, I think a Chinese golfer will win--or maybe Kim Jong Il."

    Another example why Canada never medals in Olympic irony.

    You play 36 holes - top 16 advance to match play, (ties settled by three hole playoff, then sudden death). Given the rowdiness of the Ryder Cup, I figure golf in the Olympics would be great.
    Thing is, while golf would be great, don't all the best players in the world play each other enough? I think about how much coverage tennis gets during the Olympics - not a lot. And I'm sure the PGA won't want it screwing up the FedEx Cup. Enthused about rugby though.

    Rugby including women is a sideshow. A circus.

    No women any of us knows plays rugby.

    Not reinstating fastpitch softball is a travesty.
