I have no idea but I do know that, when Tiger finally goes past Nicklaus, Jim Nantz, David Feherty and every other golfing commentator is going to disincorporate and ascend directly into the arms of big baby Jesus.

Can we just skip to the 46-year-old Woods now? Actually, I'd like to see him when he turns 50, goes to the senior tour and guys who are also there just quit the game.

DD, I'm one of those who's going to need to settle down.

Because I don't think you're GOING to see a Tiger Woods like this when he's 46. I think he's still going to be a major factor, because of the way he takes care of his body.

As far as Tiger's dominance and/or "smugness" making one uncomfortable, I feel exactly the opposite. I feel like the earth is on its axis when he's excelling. The times I feel uncomfortable watching a golf event is when he's struggling.

 

Well said shot. I absolutely love watching Tiger slap around the field of golfers, but I'm left empty when he struggles, like at the US Open.

 

When was the last time he's bogeyed 4 holes in a row?
The guy is so good, he registers four bogeys in a row, and only falls from first to second.

 

Woods bogeys 4 in a row, and shoots 71 (+1).

If Mickelson bogeys 4 in a row, he would shoot 81.

Mentally, physically, and talent-wise, he is on a different planet than anyone else.
