Tiger out for 4-6 weeks

    Jack won his 13th major when he was 35. Tiger's got 11 more majors to play before he even turns 35.

    I think it's pretty much still a slam-dunk he'll catch Jack (and Sam Snead). Then again, I thought Griffey Jr. would have 800 homers by now.

    I though Griffey would be Mr. HR by now, too.

    I'm happy that he has salvaged his career, but he, like Brett did, will have far diminished numbers because of injury.

    Snead's record of 81 career victories. Tiger's at 63 or 64 right now.

    Three surgeries on the same knee by age 32. And he's not a football player.

    Somehow I'm sensing he'll have a new, store-bought one by the time the grandkids are bouncing on it.
