Bingo. The image he staged for the public is gone but that might be a good thing. See Rodriguez, Alex. From a competitive standpoint, it might one day be considered an emancipating event in his career. Marketing-wise, it remains to be seen. But there are plenty of products to endorse and maybe a post-golf career as porn star!

 

His image was almost as clean as you can get in pro sports up until a few weeks ago. To be fair, most of the time those images are false, but in the mind of many, he went from squeaky clean to Hall of Fame douchebag almost overnight.

He's not ruined. As long as he can still play golf he'll be OK, but his days as the billion dollar spokesman are all but dead.

 

Since Tiger likely will have to resort to pleasuring himself it may make his right hand too strong and throw off his swing.

 

I get the joke, but I hope you don't actually believe he'll have limited options after this. He'll still be able to pull just about any skank he wants.

 

I don't know. Depends if he wants to try to work on the marriage or just let it blow up.

 

Also, I am CONVINCED the reason that we haven't seen Tiger yet is NOT because of the scandal, but because the injuries he incurred are worse than any fanbois here realize.

Has anyone debated why he's not out in public? Of course it's because of the injuries. No chance he wants those pictures floating around in cyberspace forever.

And Ace: I said that assuming he gets divorced, although who knows. Even if he stays married, who's to say he won't creep again?

 

I'd assumed the save-the-marriage train had left the station at about the same time as the revelation of mystery woman No. 6 but I suppose I could be wrong.

 

I get the sense she's not coming back. Good for her. I hope she takes the kids to Sweden and he has to travel there to see them rather than going whoring.
