    that was fast! Though since Hinkey didn't play in a Super Bowl, Prime Neon Time is the only one to have played in a World Series and a Super Bowl. Though he didn't win both

    I think Jim Thorpe also played in a World Series or two with the Giants in the 1910s, but didn't win.

    Greasy Neale played for the Cincinnati Reds and won the 1919 World Series as their starting left fielder. He later coached the Philadelphia Eagles to the 1948 and 1949 NFL championships. So he is a player who won both, he just won the NFL half as a coach.
