It has to be. They played so many seasons together in Oakland and St. Louis. The same four guys -- LaRussa, Duncan, Eckersley and Honeycutt -- packed up and moved to St. Louis. They're the first two I thought of, way before I read the thread.

Thanks. I really, really liked those A's teams in the '80s and '90s. I used to be able to name everyone in their lineup -- even Jamie Quirk -- and much of the bullpen. They were on ESPN all the time, and all I watched in the evening was baseball.

No. 5 is indeed Chuck Nelson of the Huskies. He made 30 in a row at one point, then I think he missed a chip shot in the 1982 Apple Cup that kept the Huskies out of the Rose Bowl.

Wow. Lots of combinations I've never heard of.

Harvard is not the answer to the final question.

You beat me to this one. Don played 9 seasons, Matt is in his 10th season and Tim played 4.

Rubin & Andre Carter (Rubin 12 years, Andre 8 years)

If we're talking about a father and two sons, then Herb and John/Charley Hannah (Herb played 1 year, John played 13 and Charley played 12)
