    Looks like we (I) have some confusion.
    Is the question for No. 1 the all-time winning percentage leader in college football or is it the team with the best winning percentage in at least 15 bowl games?

    Question 1: Best winning percentage in bowl games (with at least 15 bowls), not best record all-time. Sorry I wasn't more concise.


    Pac-10 means Pac-10. Not Pac-8, Pacific Coast Conference, or Pacific Coast Athletic Conference.
