This woman is targeting the wrong group in the lawsuit

First off, may this scumbag get on TSA's no-fly list and never be alowed on a plane again.
2nd, I think this woman needs to sue him and not American.
3rd, please be civil.

My first college roommate's cousin got in a fight with her boyfriend before they went to bed one night. The next day, she woke up and found a load of semen in her hair. Apparently her boyfriend, still pissed from the argument, jerked off and sprayed her dome in spite. Her reaction to us: "Well, I guess I deserved it."

How the hell does anyone deserve that?

I actually think she's correct to sue American. She should sue the offender as well, but the story said the flight attendants saw the man move next to her. Not that they should have watched him every second, but if they see someone move to a seat that isn't theirs to sit next to someone they're clearly not with, they should at least check up on that person at some point. It also said that when she woke, they didn't respond to her calls for their attention.

And, as someone else said, go after whoever has the money.

 

If they still gave out free snacks, this would never have happened.
