Rocky IV was the last movie I ever saw with my mother. I was 13. Who knew that Stallone would end the Cold War?

I think his brother ended the Cold War with "Far From Over."

 

I saw the video for "No Easy Way Out" on the Classic a few months ago.

I watched, transfixed.

FWIW, my wife went to see Rocky IV opening night with her aunt and says she's never seen a theatre so alive. Apparently, people were going crazy the whole time and applauded at the end. God, to go back to the '80s, when we had no instilled sense of irony.

You know what the world needs? A straight-to-DVD action movie starring Frank Stallone and Don Swayze.

 

Horseshit. The songs, the acting and the story were all better than the first one.
