This poor girl I saw at LAX

Was waiting for a flight a couple weeks ago. A girl sat down with her mom, waiting for their flight. This is what the girl had for breakfast:
    *McDonalds hash brown
    *McDonalds McGriddle
    *Another McDonalds McGriddle
    *16 ounce OJ

That's got to be a thousand calories. For breakfast alone. The mom should be arrested for child endangerment.

It's good that you snaked a picture to document the happenings.

She had juice instead of pop. It's all good.

I did weight watchers a few years ago to lose a few pounds and it completely opened my eyes. Yeah, she gets some vitamin C out of the juice, but calorically, the 16 ouncer is just way too much for this girl.

Maybe they have a long flight on Southwest and need something to tide her over.

All she needed was a bag of yogurt pretzels and we would have had a MMQB.

Is there such a thing as a short flight on Southwest, I used to work for those fuckers and I never understood the need to make three stops going from Seattle to Oakland.

I'm a big boy, and one McGriddle does it for me.

One thing anybody on any sort of diet learns quickly: Fruit juices, especially orange and apple juice, are almost pure sugar.

They're a little bit better in terms of vitamins and nutrients than Mountain Dew, but sugar/calorie-wise, it's about a wash.
