Not sure I want my kids seeing that in the morning "spread."

  4. Cracks me up that the parents don't consider the murder or war stories on the front page, but a little leg and they're going ape shit in the closet with a pair of scissors cutting PG images from their newspaper.

    Crazy.

On that first link, the girl on the right in the picture on the top looks just like Mimi on Days of our Lives....at least that's what this one girl at work told me....

I'm unbelievably happy they don't have a place like that here in my neck of the woods. I'd never be able to afford rent.

How can somebody be so offended by the story and not realize it's newsworthy.
If a lot of people react that strongly to it, it absolutely belongs on the cover.
We had a similar story several years ago when I was the ACE. A strip club opened here in a very conservative town. It was the first one in the area.
We did a cover story about.
Many readers were offended by the story. Some of the editors disagreed about the placement/news value.
I couldn't understand it then, and I don't understand it now. That's news!

I'll be drinking a lot more coffee if that trends comes down this way.
Goth chicks in lingerie serving me coffee? That makes me want to believe in god.

I didn't see anything wrong with the story, and I can't understand the attitude that this shouldn't be talked about. It's an interesting story about a way business are trying to generate extra income.

The way some people wrote to the ombudsman, you'd think the girls were naked and had a pole in the booth. So many prudes think they speak for everyone.
