  1. I do not need to hear, ever, but especially not at Christmas, that stupid Dan Fogelberg song about stupid Dan Fogelberg and the stupid woman who thought stupid Dan Fogelberg was a poet back in high school, and how they drank beer in his car until their tongues got tired from telling each other about their stupid boring lives.
And what in the unholy fuck is Rod Stewart doing singing "My Favorite Things"?

I'm not so sure. That song specifically says "I met my lover at the grocery store/The snow was falling Christmas Eve."
That's enough to warm the hearts of everyone at the holidays.

Doh! I always thought it was "I met my mother at the grocery store."

No wonder the song freaked me out so much.
  7. Actually, it's "I met my old lover at the grocery store..." Stupid Dan Fogelberg can't sing.
I just heard the son of a bitch again.

Is there some type of knob or switch on your radio?
  9. I only heard that line before switching the stream.

So Fenian, I assume you've not been watching the Fogelberg concerts they've been replaying on PBS lately?

"The audience was heaven-sent/but the traveling was hell"

Dan Fogelberg wrote the SportsJournalists.com credo!

UPDATE -- You can hear what Fenian is going crazy about here:

Fenian, Fogelberg does have his Christmas album available for listening as well.
