Great moments in creative expense reports, as per Arizona Republic:
$1,241 spent at a Phoenix strip club, under the heading "security site planning."

Whatcha wanna bet that Jerry Jones and the Cotton Bowl would be more than willing to step into the void?

Fixed ... read the story. Suspect no one's interested in taking any action on that bet!

Cotton Bowl's issue is going to be getting out of their contract with Fox.

For three people. $400 per person at Bourbon Street. Classy. The former media guy for the bowl is now an assistant SID at Oregon State.

Who's got two thumbs, two liters of botox in his face and likes where this is going?

    This guy.

Jerry Jones is perfect match for the BCS. One sells tickets without seats, the other charges colleges for empty seats.

Not like that was the excuse to open the door for Jerruh-World and a return to the Cotton Bowl...

I'm surprised Tostitos hasn't already bailed out as sponsor. Hell, a former state attorney general was involved.

It's like the Tiger fallout. Give them a day or two for it all to set in.

I think it's got more to do with the fact that their lawyers are still trying to figure out how they can get out of the sponsorship contract.

Always the chance they're waiting for the BCS to yank the Fiesta's spot, which I'm guessing would void the contract and let Tostitos out by doing little more than writing a cancellation letter.

    2012 Fiesta Bowl- Jan. 4

    2012 Cotton Bowl- Jan. 6

Doesn't match up exactly but it doesn't conflict with the other BCS game date either.

One thing that hasn't been mentioned is that if the Fiesta Bowl gets bounced, the game that replaces it won't get to host the title game in this TV contract cycle as the Fiesta Bowl already had its turn this year.
