This crime stinks

    My best friend and I used to play that in high school. I'd always win, but for some reason, my sister called us both losers.

    The prosecutor's office "requested" the charge be dropped?

    I thought the way it worked was, the prosecutor said to the cops, "quit wasting my fucking time with stupid shit like this, you dumb-asses," and dropped it himself or herself without having to make a "request" to have it done.
