    Great stuff, as usual.

  2. Best 5000th post I ever read.
    Well done.

I'm upset my liver didn't make the cut, but welcome to the 5,000 club. It's a fun little place.

Great post Bird, and as someone who has spent an entire afternoon and evening with Pastor, I can attest to his imbibing skills.

    I'm blushing, Bird.

Happy 5K, and I will still get you back someday for inviting me to join Mob Wars.

    The million dollar clue

    A: Birdscribe

Q: Who just wrote a fantastic 5,000th post?

Sorry for the cheesy way of doing it, but what the fuck. Good job!

Couldn't think of anything nearly as profound to say for my 5,000th, so I figured I'd just piggyback on Birdscribe's thread.
Three posters hitting 5,000 on the same day...is that like when Tony Gwynn got his 3,000th hit and Mark McGwire his 500th home run in the same game, and then Wade Boggs got his 3,000th hit the next day? Seems weird.
And now that I'm in the 5,000 club, do I get some sort of membership packet? Maybe a parking space? At least learn the secret handshake?

I think you got another star. Isn't that enough?

It's nice. But I was hoping for balloons falling from the ceiling or something.
