    No remake of Slap Shot. For bringing up the topic, Carell is hereby sentenced to be thrown through a high window.

    Or at least sentenced to playing "Lady of Spain," at least until Reg walks by to rip up the sheet music and takes a puck upside the head.

    Fuck that. I don't want Carell anywhere near anything reminiscent of Slap Shot. I don't even want him renting the DVD from NetFlix.

    How anyone can have the effing effrontry to look to remake 99.47% perfection for thirty pieces of silver is beyond me.
