    Which is a load of crap. The biggest political blunder since 9-11 was when George W. Bush immediately invoked the word "crusade' into the discussion and framed the issue for the world not as terrorists vs. the U.S. but as Christians against Muslims. Obama has rightly worked diligently to remove religion from the equation and undo Bush's fuck up.

    Maybe people are just happy we're finally working toward diplomatic solutions first rather than trying to "regime change" the Muslim world neo-con style?

    That's not persecution.

    Again, what happens in North America, or even western Europe, doesn't hold a candle to what happens in other parts of the world. It is far, far, far easier to be a Muslim or Buddhist living in "Christian" America than it is to be a Christian living in most Islamic nations.
