Herschel Walker will apparently detail in a new book his struggle with multiple personality disorder. Apparently a surprise to most who knew him. The Dooley quote is best.

I like the personality that got traded for three Super Bowl rings the best.

I wonder which personality wanted to kick the shit out of Steve Spurrier during the fall.

The Dooley quote rarely is best.

  5. 1) Does this make the Vikings deal a little more fair?
    2) How many of these personalities have never done a push up in their lives?
    3) I hope one of the personalities is named "Bob Sled."

Is this his way of trying to explain away his stint on "Pros vs. Joes"?

He is trying to explain why he pussy-footed through the holes in the NFL. Beast in college. Tap dancer in the NFL.

Two years over 1000 yards. A real dominant force in the league. He overpowered people in college and was a marginal back in the NFL.

Didn't suck but there were plenty of 3rd and 2's that he ran like a pussy.

Which personality did all those push-ups?

  10. Are people really surprised that a guy that spoke in the 3rd person had multiple personality disorder?

  11. Nice post, especially No. 1.

His numbers are very much on the mediocre side.

I was shocked at how mediocre they were, for whatever reason. As a rusher, at least. I understand he was quite an all-around weapon in his prime.

(The caveat is that this does not include his apparent dominance in the USFL)
