    TwoGloves, been there... and it sucks HARD.

    In July of 2002, I had my father suffer a stroke (a mild one, but a stroke nonethless) that has changed his life at the beginninng of the month, lost my job in the middle of the month, then had my favorite cat die two days later.

    He was lying on the landing of the stairs, feebling peeping at me (the noise he made). I went to get him some water, because he was panting. When I came back, he was gone. The peeping was his way of saying good-bye. :'( :(

    I sincerely hope things get better for you... and soon.
