Admittedly it's a story that's a little old--the Black Hawks heading to the wilds of Canada to attend the wake for Dale Tallon's father but hey, it's better than nothing.

 

Gravenhurst is rural? Hwy. 11 is a country road?

 

Well, it's better than the original online "uninhabited country two hours north of Toronto" and "rickety unheated buses" story. That made me laugh.

 

JR's favourite childhood goalie, George Hainsworth, died in a car crash just outside Gravenhurst.

 

That's a pretty nice story. Got a little dusty in here. I think I'm rooting for the Blackhawks for a while.

 

Probably fell asleep at the wheel after waiting in the Weber's lineup for four hours.

And JR was Hainsworth's goalie coach.
