Weather Channel should show "The Day After Tomorrow"

Or well, more of Jim Cantore with his shirt off in the middle of a hurricane.

Agreed with all of this. I would just watch a channel devoted solely to Jim Cantore. I love hurricane season. :D

I was startled to see this, too. But not as much as I was about a year ago when the History Channel put on "Planet of the Apes."
PS: Sometimes on weekends, TWC doesn't have local on the 8s on its cable feed here, and you get that national summary they always annoyingly have in your hotel room at Marriotts.

We got TWC's HD feed a couple of months ago and your experience scans. No local component for Local on the 8s. And they've really fucked around with the local/non-local playlist too. Sublime? Sly and the Family Stone? Clapton? I can't watch my radar or 7-day outlook to that!

Local on the 8's is available on DirecTV. You just need to input your zip.

It's been out for awhile for the SD feed & just recently rolled out in HD.

But only music videos that have something weather-related in the content or title.

    Purple Rain
    Rock You Like a Hurricane
    You Are My Sunshine
    Walking on Sunshine

One morning, I was watching at 5 a.m. and it was Bobby McFerrin's "Don't Worry Be Happy." I was wondering if TWC DJ's had toked it up before work that morning.

I hated the cheezy instrumentals that accompanied Local on the 8's.
